Each year, when the first hot summer days come, a lot of people start planning and looking forward to their summer holiday and plans. If you are a kid, you are excited because you get time off school and other activities and if you are not, then you are relieved since you won’t have to get up for work every day and you can lie down, enjoy a cold beverage and let the stress just fly away. But, when you put it in plain words, everyone is excited because they plan on doing absolutely nothing and this is something that sounds a bit illogical, doesn’t it. Come to think about it, you go to the sea to rest and you end up having the best workout ever. So, since the sea is wherever you turn your head, don’t hesitate to go for a quick swim more often than you think. It will do wonders for your health – as you most probably already know.
