Just when you thought that it couldn’t possibly improve its online communications, Mercedes-Benz has recently introduced its new Hong Kong mobile website. Online visitors will be pleasantly surprised by its breathtaking visuals and improved navigability that put them in the driver’s seat of an extraordinary mobile shopping experience.

As soon as visitors enter the new Mercedes-Benz website, they get to scroll all of the models in the Mercedes-Benz lineup including the B-Class, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, CL-Class, SL-Class, SLK-Class, G-Class, GL-Class, M-Class, R-Class and SLS AMG.  Directly below the scroll function, is an image of the all new SL-Class Roadster. Clicking on it will lead the visitor to a page that shows the Highlights of the SL-Class that include Roadster, Design, Sportiness, and Innovations. Clicking on the arrow provides the visitor with a brief description of each.

Underneath the information on the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class is the models tab. By clicking on the arrow on the right, visitors are directed to a new page where images that link to all of the information for each model. Just below is the price list for all the Mercedes-Benz models that are available for sale in Hong Kong.  A link to a new page leads to a table view of the prices.

The next tab leads to Mercedes-Benz TV, which provides visitors access to multimedia, allowing them to view videos on Vehicles, Innovation, Design, History, Sports, Fashion and Zeitgeist. Visitors will be able to view hours of video content dealing with technical data regarding all of the Mercedes-Benz models and features such as “Performance”, “Parking” and “Flow”. They will also be able to watch videos on subjects such as “30 Years of the Airbag”, “Elvis Presley’s Mercedes” or “Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Capetown”

The new Mercedes-Benz mobile website outdoes itself with the next tab, Services. When visitors click on it, they will be taken to a true compendium of all of the Services and Accessories that are offered. Clicking on the first tab, Parts and Accessories, leads to Genuine Parts, Mercedes-Benz Collection and Genuine Accessories tabs which describe in detail Mercedes’ parts. The Services tab elaborates upon Services for New Vehicles, Inspection and Maintenance, Warranties, Service Contract, Accident Assistance etc…. providing the mobile visitor with information that he needs in a format that is designed for his or her mobile device.

Finally, through the last tab, Mercedes World, visitors will be able to access all of the Latest News and Entertainment and Downloads that Mercedes-Benz has to offer. Aside from Wallpapers and Videos, visitors can also download ringtones for their mobile phones, a must for a true fan.

There is no denying that the social media phenomenon grown beyond the borders of Hong Kong. A new feature of the website is the ability for fans to share all of the product information with their social networks. Through the Recommend a Page button on every page, visitors can share the engaging content of any of the models on, Twitter, Facebook and by Email. Now, visitors can let everyone know about the alluring design and innovative technology of all of the Mercedes-Benz models so that they can visit the website and experience for themselves the look and feel of the new website.

The Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong website enhances the online visitor experience through its interactivity, engaging content and visually appealing graphics and video features. By focusing on the user experience, Mercedes-Benz has created a unique user experience that will redefine it in the online space.
