Nature can be your skin’s best friend, getting rid of the toxins that come from manmade foods and products. There are many ways to get the benefits from this plant as well. You could drink Aloe juice, apply Aloe ointment, or use direct Aloe extract from plant leaves. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are considered a vegetable, but they are actually classified as a fruit. The acid and antioxidants in this fruit are great for the skin, and they don’t take much to benefit from. All you have to do is squeeze some fresh tomato juice into a bowl. Then dip a cotton ball in it and apply the juice to your face. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Your face may small like salad after that, but it will feel better after a few sessions.

Diamonds

Water

Water is necessary for just about every bodily function, from your digestive system to your weight and beyond. By drinking water on a regular basis, you will keep your skin plump and hydrated. This will create a natural glow on your body that cannot be matched by nay amount of makeup in the world.
